Chef Damon Baehrel has been developing Native Harvest cuisine on his 12 acre property for over 30 years. Rooted in the belief that Nature provides an endless bounty of ingredients and tastes waiting to be discovered, Damon's evolving self taught culinary techniques and preparations have delighted food enthusiasts from around the world. Damon grew up in Massapequa, Long Island and lives with his family in Earlton, NY.
